Shipping Options and Pricing

Standard Shippig: UPS Ground (1-5 Business days)
Express Shipping: UPS 2nd Day (2 Business days)
Overnight Shipping: UPS Next Day (1 Business day)

Order Delivery Times

Orders received before 2pm PST will ship same day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless prior arrangement has been made. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following Monday. Orders placed before 2pm PST on Fridays will be shipped same day, Overnight orders will arrive on Monday, 2nd Day orders will arrive on Tuesday.

Damaged Shipments

Be sure to check all merchandise for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you package appears to be damaged in any way contact the shipping company within 48 hours of receipt and request a Damage Inspection Report. Please have them return the merchandise to:

Out of Stock Items We make every effort to stock all of the items displayed on our site. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately via email with an expected shipping date. Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time. Returns are processed under the following guidelines: Items must be in non-used condition and in retail packaging. You will be charged a 15% restock fee for all returned items.
